Thats why im asking how to disable the autoload from the drivers that comes with the USB. I think thats because it tries to load the Driver inside the Wlanstick anyway.

I installed a Working custom version of the Driver on my PC but so far it only worked twice. I have a Wlan Stick (RTL88x2bu) that comes with an driver that is loaded automaticly when the USB is inserted.
